Hotel Arrangements / *Ground Transportation

If travelers desire to arrive into San Francisco, CA, the day before the cruise departs or extend their stay after the cruise returns to experience any of Carnival’s pre- or post-cruise excursions, and if we receive enough requests, we can arrange a group rate at a local hotel partner that is close to the departure port. A minimum of 10 rooms are required for a hotel group contract.

If the entire family decides to arrive into San Francisco on the day before the cruise to stay overnight, our agency can remove the airport transfers and obtain a motor coach contract proposal for round trip transfers from the hotel in San Francisco to the cruise port with luggage handling AND from the San Francisco cruise port to the San Francisco Airport. The arrival transfer from the San Francisco airport can be considered once we know all airline schedules that are reserved. In the case, Uber, Lyft or a Taxi may work best here.

Carnival does not provide transfers on the day before a cruise from the airport unless the hotel is reserved through them which will price per person for the room versus per room which our way saves clients money.
