Book your stateroom cabin and make your deposit: TEE Travel Booking and Profile
To secure your stateroom on the Carnival Luminosa, new and returning clients of Travel & Events Extraordinaire LLC, should use our secure online TEE Travel Profile which has been customized for the Anderson | Freeman | Jefferson | Patterson | Peale | Thurman Family Reunion.
Please have the following items ready for your stateroom registration:
A copy of your valid US passport that is not set to expire within six months of your return travel date of July 20, 2026.
If your passport will expire, please renew your passport at least six months prior to your cruise dates. Once your new passport arrives, please submit it to our agency using our secure travel portal.
In Step 5, there will be a section to upload all stateroom passengers’ passport copies in .pdf or .jpg format OR it can be uploaded in one of the future payments that are submitted.
Your full stateroom deposit will be applied with your credit card using our PCI-Compliant secure travel system. Our agency will provide payment receipts and regular invoices as you pay down your balance.
If multiple people sharing a stateroom will apply separate deposits, please state that in the Comments Section of the travel profile along with the names of those sharing the stateroom. Then we can separate the payments on individual invoices versus family invoices which will be combined invoices. Each stateroom guest will be responsible for paying their shared portion in full by the Final Payment Date of Friday, April 17, 2026.
Each stateroom guest who pays individually should complete their own travel profile and our agency will link them together while providing separate invoices.
Each stateroom guest or family residing under the same household should use adjust the number of travelers under Step #1 to the number of people in the family sharing the stateroom. Then only apply one credit card for that family’s full deposit.
Once the travel profile is completed, guests will receive a message that your travel profile was correctly submitted. Our agency will receive an email and we will begin processing your reservation. Please ensure the email and phone numbers are accurate in case our company needs to get in contact with any questions. Please allow 24 hours during weekdays and 48-72 hours for weekend submissions.
